Docent Tours, third Saturday of each month

- Visit Falkirk and get an inside tour of the mansion! The Marin History Museum and the Cultural Affairs Service League at Falkirk (CASL) will be offering docent-led history tours the third Saturday of each month: May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, and September 18.. Walking tours of the downtown area start at the History Museum at 125 B Street at Mission Avenue at 10am and last for an hour and a half. Tours are $5 for MHM Members, $10 for the general public. MHM tours end at Falkirk Mansion and guests can take a tour of the 17 room Queen Anne Victorian and sip some tea and enjoy some tea cookies as well. CASL tours of Falkirk begin at 11am and do not require attendance at the downtown walking tours. Come by any time between 11am-1pm and enjoy the mansion. 1408 Mission at E Street, behind the downtown public library. Tea, sweet breads & cookies included. Suggested donation: $3-7.
